What is Stagewise ERP?

Stagewise ERP is business management software built for Indian MSMEs. It combines task and ticket management, leads and quotations, sales and purchase, payroll and attendance, AMC and repairs, project management and field service into a single platform, with a mobile app for field teams.

How much does ERP software cost in India?

Indian ERP pricing ranges widely, from roughly ₹500 per user per month for basic tools to several lakh rupees for on-premise enterprise systems. Stagewise ERP costs ₹999 per user per month with a minimum of 20 users, and every feature is included in that price — there are no module-by-module upgrades.

Is Stagewise ERP suitable for small businesses?

Yes. Stagewise ERP is designed specifically for Indian micro, small and medium enterprises. The minimum commitment is 20 users, which suits businesses from roughly 20 employees upward. Customers include manufacturers, contractors, traders, healthcare equipment servicers and logistics operators.

Does Stagewise ERP support GST billing?

Yes. Sales, purchase and quotation documents are built for Indian tax requirements, and the platform is used by GST-registered businesses across Gujarat and the rest of India.

Where is my data stored, and who can access it?

Every Stagewise ERP client runs on a dedicated, isolated server and database. Your data is never co-mingled with another client's, and access is restricted so that even Stagewise developers cannot read your business data in the course of normal work.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Native apps are available for both iOS and Android. Field staff use them for geo-fenced attendance, live location, task updates, photo proof on completed work and service ticket closure.

How long does implementation take?

Basic configuration — company setup, adding your team and switching on core modules — typically takes one to two weeks. A full rollout including custom workflows and data migration usually takes four to six weeks.

Can Stagewise ERP manage AMC and service contracts?

Yes. You can record annual maintenance contracts, schedule preventive visits, set renewal reminders and keep a full repair history against each customer and each piece of equipment.

Do you support languages other than English?

The team supports customers in English, Hindi and Gujarati. Product interface language options can be discussed during onboarding.

Where is Stagewise based?

Stagewise Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. operates from Vadodara and Ahmedabad in Gujarat, India. The company was founded in 2024 by Yash Shah and Maulik Jadav, who met while studying at DAIICT.

Is Stagewise ERP related to stagewise.io?

No. Stagewise ERP at stagewise.app is an Indian business management platform for MSMEs. Stagewise at stagewise.io is an unrelated open-source coding tool for software developers. The two companies and products are entirely separate.
